APPOINTMENTS
The time allocated to you is reserved especially for you.
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated, like wise we will endeavour to run on time to the best of our ability.
If you are 15 min or more late we may not be able to honour the booking but we will gladly reschedule the appointment. 

To ensure you get an appointment when you want we recommend you book your next treatment prior to leaving the salon.

COURSES
All courses must be prepaid and are non-refundable/transferable
Courses are valid for 12 months
 
GIFT VOUCHERS
Valid for 6 months. We keep a record of all gift vouchers, so do not worry if you have lost or misplaced your gift voucher.
Please ensure you redeem the voucher in good time as we can not honour them after they expiry date.

CANCELLATION POLICY
As a courtesy to us and other clients, if you need to cancel or change an appointment we request a minimum of 12 hrs notice to avoid a minimum fee of 50% being charged. Failure to show for an appointment will result in the full cost of a treatment being charged.
